谢平,中科院水生所研究员,于1989年获日本筑波大学生物学博士学位,同年回国师从淡水生态学家刘建康院士做博士后研究。先后主持国家杰出青年基金、重点基金和中科院战略先导B项目等,在ScienceNSRWater ResearchES&TEcologyJournal of EcologySCI期刊上发表论文300篇,截至20213月,SCI他引8200余次,H指数=49CNKI他引7500余次。获著名国际奖生态学琵琶湖奖,连续6年入选Elsevier Scopus生态环境领域中国高被引学者榜单。 

谢平注重理论与实践相结合,围绕水华蓝藻的生态学、毒理学与生物控制等取得了系统性、创新性和开拓性的研究成就,产生了重要的社会效应和国际影响:提出了控制水华的非经典生物操纵学说,获得高度评价与广泛应用;将稳态转化的创新性成果成功应用于水生植被修复与重建工程(成都、重庆等地);③揭示了微囊藻毒素(MC人类慢性健康效应的证据,是MC研究历史上重要进展之一,40多篇论文被世界卫生组织(WHO)、欧洲食品安全局、美国环境总署和加拿大卫生部以及十多个欧美地方政府列为制定MC控制标准的技术支撑文献。谢平是应邀参与世界卫生组织新版《水中有毒蓝藻,其公共卫生后果、监测和管理指南》(2021)技术审定的唯一中国专家。先后出版专著9部,曾任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,培养了100多名硕/博士,20多名已晋升教授。现任国家水专项湖泊主题专家组成员、洱海抢救性保护专家组组长、千岛湖生态环境保护专家等,其成果正在为湖泊治理与生态修复、国家水生态安全保护发挥重要作用。
