简历介绍:

 

  1969年生,1997年中国科学院水生生物研究所获理学博士学位。  

  现为中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员、淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室副主任,兼任《水生生物学报》副主编、Aquaculture Nutrition编委、Aquaculture Research编委、《中国水产科学》编委、《淡水渔业》编委、中国水产动物营养与饲料研究会副主任委员、全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会水产饲料分会委员、中国海洋湖沼学会鱼类学分会理事、湖北省海洋与湖沼学会副理事长。    

  主要研究领域:鱼类营养学、鱼类能量学、无公害集约化养殖技术基础等。目前的研究方向:  

  1. 基础营养学及能量学:包括营养需求、饲料原料利用、动物生长的环境及内在调控机制等,探讨动物营养物代谢的遗传背景及分子调控机制。  

  2. 精准营养配给理论与技术:研究动物的不同条件下的精准营养需求和动态投喂模型,为提高养殖效率和产品品质、建立可持续渔业模式提供理论与技术。  

  3. 比较生理生态学:研究鱼类的营养能量学特征等与其食性进化的关系,为建立鱼类营养需求和饲料利用的评价模型提供基础。  

  4. 饲料营养与水产品品质:研究饲料营养组成及投喂对水产动物品质的影响,探讨饲料源有毒有害物质的限量,为改善动物福利、评价饲料卫生安全、保障食品安全、提高产品品质提供科学依据。    

  主持和参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、专项项目、国家攻关项目(课题)、973计划课题、863计划课题、农业部现代农业产业技术体系、农业部公益性行业专项(课题)、中国科学院先导专项(课题)、湖北省自然科学基金、湖北省重点项目、湖北省科技攻关重大专项、湖北省青年杰出人才基金、中科院方向性项目、国际合作研究项目、农业科研杰出人才等40多项科研项目。      

  已发表研究论文170余篇,其中SCI收录论文100余篇,培养博士学位研究生28名,硕士学位研究生7名。
