研究方向

鱼类抗病毒感染免疫学

本实验室主要聚焦鱼类响应病毒感染的天然免疫分子机理及应用。致力于挖掘鱼类响应病毒感染的相关基因,解析相关基因的功能、调控机制及信号通路,发现特异于鱼类物种的抗病毒感染免疫规律,尤其是鱼类干扰素介导的天然抗病毒免疫反应的分子机理,鉴定潜在应用于鱼类抗病育种实践的关键分子。近期拟在三个方面开展研究工作:抗病毒感染的分子机制及分子调控;抗病毒因子的功能及应用;脊椎动物免疫系统发育及分子进化。近5年来在Journal of ImmunologyFrontiers in ImmunologyPLoS Pathogens等刊物发表论文十多篇。

科研成果

本学科组聚焦鱼类干扰素介导的天然抗病毒免疫这个研究主题。在揭示鱼类存在与哺乳类相对保守的天然免疫反应机制的基础上,发现了一系列特异于鱼类的干扰素抗病毒免疫新机制:鉴定了一批鱼类特异的参与干扰素抗病毒免疫反应的基因如PKZIRF11、以及Gig1Gig2新基因家族等,并揭示出由这些特异基因介导的天然抗病毒反应途径和分子机理;发现鱼类特有基因家族finTRIM家族在不同鱼类物种中独立扩增的进化规律,对鲫特异的FTRCA1的功能研究,揭示出鱼类物种特异的干扰素抗病毒免疫反应新机制;发现鱼类病毒核酸识别受体LGP2在病毒感染早期发挥正调控而在病毒感染晚期转向负调控、有别于哺乳类的分子机制;发现鱼类干扰素通过调控自身表达放大干扰素反应的独特机理;发现鱼类和哺乳类独立形成相似的干扰素反应调控机制网络的趋同进化规律;发现脊椎动物的干扰素反应经历了一个由转录因子IRF3介导的、从粗放调控到精确调控的演化规律。
