蓝藻主要次生代谢产物在生态系统中的迁移转化规律、生态效应及对人类健康的潜在影响 1.微囊藻毒素多器官毒性效应及机制与人类健康的研究 随着水体富营养化与全球气候变化,蓝藻水华大量频繁暴发,已成为全球性的生态灾难。有毒蓝藻的次生代谢产物—蓝藻毒素不仅损害了生态系统的健康,还通过饮水、食物链等途径进入人体,严重威胁着人类健康。利用模式动物、细胞系等建立模型,通过分子生物学技术及多组学关联性分析(转录组学、蛋白质组和代谢组学)对多种靶器官进行生殖毒性、遗传毒性、内分泌系统毒性、神经毒性等方面研究,阐明微囊藻毒素多器官毒性效应及机制。并结合野外调查、人群采样及流行病学数据,系统分析微囊藻毒素对人体健康的影响。为微囊藻毒素控制标准的制定提供理论基础与技术支撑。 2.异味物质的变化特征及其环境影响因子研究 异味物质是蓝藻常见的次生代谢产物,其产生对居民饮水安全、渔业水产品质量等有重大影响,甚至影响全球气候变化。通过长期生态学研究、大范围野外调查以及区域影响评价,建立异味物质定量检测方法,积累大量的研究经验和基础数据,结合室内控制实验,探讨环境因子对异味物质的变化特征的作用机制,评估区域尺度上异味物质对饮水安全和水产品质量的影响,并从全球尺度上分析异味物质与气候变化的关系。 |

本课题组围绕蓝藻水华的两类衍生污染物—微囊藻毒素(简称MC)和异味化合物,进行了数年的野外调查、室内分析检测技术和方法、及生态毒理学研究,在MC对人类及水生动物的健康与毒性效应、鱼类规模化控制有毒蓝藻的生态学实践、MC的代谢产物(通过GSH途径)与异味物质检测技术等方面取得了若干具有理论和实践意义的创新性研究成果。先后在相关领域核心期刊Water Research, Ecology, Journal of Ecology, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environmental Science & Technology, Archives of Toxicology, Toxicological Sciences, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment等上发表 SCI论文87篇。截至2021年4月,SCI他引2200余次,H指数=30,多篇论文被世界卫生组织(WHO)、欧洲食品安全局(EFSA)、美国环境总署(USEPA)和加拿大卫生部(Health Canada)等列为制定MC控制标准的技术支撑文献。
