原核生物细胞发育、信号传导等基础生物学研究

以蓝细菌为材料,利用分子遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学、等手段研究细胞生长发育,及信号转导等的分子调控机制。利用合成生物学等手段探索蓝藻水华的形成机制及可能的解决方案,及蓝藻毒素代谢途径。

科研成果

主要用蓝藻作为模式,以分子遗传学和细胞生物学为手段研究细胞生长发育的机制,包括细胞发育和细胞周期的关系,及对环境变化适应能力分子机制。在国际期刊上发表文章97篇,其中包括PNAS, Mol Microbiol, Nucl Acid Res, J Bacteriol, FEMS Microbiol RevTrends in Plant Sci. 等杂志。
