简历介绍:
博士、研究员/博士生导师。中国孢子植物编辑委员会委员、中国藻类学会理事。1992年湖北大学本科毕业留校,从事中国淡水藻类区系与分类鉴定工作,1999年起调入中国科学院水生生物研究所从事藻类学研究至今,2003年水生生物学在职博士毕业。2001-2003年作为交换学者在美国Arizona State University工作学习。先后主持国家自然基金面上项目4项、重大项目子课题1项、科技部基础工作专项子课题3项及环保部生物多样性调查与评估等其它各级科研项目。对我国内陆水体甲藻门进行了系统的分类学整理和研究,厘清了一些在淡水环境形成甲藻水华的物种分类学,确认在我国三峡库区等中西部区域广泛形成严重甲藻水华的是一个新种;对淡水绿藻门一些重点类群如鞘藻目、刚毛藻目、橘色藻目、广义绿球藻门等进行了基于分子数据和超微结构等形态数据的分类学和系统发育研究,重新确立了一些重要物种的系统学位置和类群分类标准。先后发表学术论文60多篇,其中以第一或通信作者的SCI刊源20余篇,主编《中国淡水藻志》1册。发表藻类新属5个,新种(变种)19个。
研究方向:
A、淡水藻类分类与系统发育,类群包括淡水绿藻门、甲藻门等,通过分离培养、超微形态、分子系统学手段等对重要类群进行分类学整理,探讨其系统发育与演化;
B、淡水藻类生态学:浮游藻类/底栖藻类群落结构的变化规律及环境因子对其的影响;
C、微藻生物技术:经济微藻的藻种分离及资源评价。
