中国科学院水生生物研究所水环境工程中心,研究员,博士生导师。1986年毕业于武汉大学化学系,获学士学位,1989年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获水生生物学专业硕士学位。1989年至今先后任中国科学院水生生物研究所实习研究员,助理研究员,副研究员,研究员。先后主持了国家科技攻关、院重点、院省合作等研究课题十余项,参加研究课题近二十项。国家重大攻关课题滇池蓝藻水华污染控制技术研究(K99-05-35-01)”课题学术秘书,专题滇池全湖控藻方案技术研究(K99-05-35-01-05)”负责人,主要负责课题的管理工作和研究各种技术措施对滇池不同区域蓝藻水华的控制。国家重点基础研究发展计划湖泊富营养化过程与蓝藻水华暴发机理研究 (2002CB412300)”首席科学家研究助理,973课题湖泊水-沉积物界面过程对营养物质迁移转化影响研究(2002CB412304)”第二负责人,国家“863”汉阳水专项原位水质净化技术与示范研究骨干,滇池水专项子子课题“污染河道水质与生物多样性关系”负责人。享受1998年度湖北省政府专项津贴。1996年获中国科学院科技进步奖二等奖(第三);1991年获中国科学院科技进步奖二等奖(第九);2009年获环境保护部科技进步一等奖(第十三);2015年获江苏省科学技术三等奖(第四发表SCI收录论文30余篇,获国家发明专利授权17项,其中发明专利8项。
