1 新污染物的生态毒理学效应及分子机制研究
聚焦新污染物的生态及健康风险研究,结合分子毒理和多组学技术,系统解析新型污染物的生态与健康风险,揭示其致毒靶点与作用机制,重点关注其对水生生物的发育毒性、神经毒性、生殖内分泌干扰及跨代遗传效应。
2 生物毒性监测预警技术研发
开发生物传感与智能算法融合的高通量毒性监测平台,推动毒理学基础研究向高灵敏、快速响应的环境风险预警工具转化,构建“机制解析-技术研发-实际应用”的全链条防控体系。

科研成果

通过以上课题的研究,建立了涵盖活体测试、离体测试和计算机模拟等手段的毒性效应评价体系,获得了长江中上游多个河流、湖泊中重金属和有机污染物的监测数据,并评价了典型污染物对水生态系统的潜在风险。共发表学术论文50余篇,其中第一或(共同)通讯作者SCI论文20余篇,第一或通讯作者中文核心期刊6篇,参与编写专著1部(排名第二)。
