水生无脊椎动物分类与生态学。主要从事无脊椎线蚓科分类学与大型无脊椎底栖类群对环境变化响应及保护的相关研究,探索水体底栖动物衰退机制及保护策略。主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家基金国际合作项目专题、中科院重点部署项目专题、中国科学院水生生物研究所青年人才项目以及地方委托性项目共7项。在相关领域与国内外知名高校如美国克莱姆森大学、阿拉巴马大学、加州大学河滨分校、华中科技大学、云南大学、南京农业大学等长期保有良好的交流与合作。 已在Environ Pollut、Environ Sci Technol、J Mollus Stud、Environ Sci Pollut Res、CLEAN-Soil Air Water、Zootaxa、Freshwater Sci、J Hazard Mater、Chemosphere等杂志上发表论文近40篇,授权发明专利1项。
