水产养殖(硕士生) |
鱼类生殖内分泌及分子遗传育种。主要从事鲤科模式鱼类-斑马鱼和养殖鱼类-鲤的生殖内分泌调控研究。通过在斑马鱼中阻断性类固醇激素的合成,构建了雄激素和雌激素缺乏、但孕激素积累的模型,针对其生殖发育和代谢等方面的研究获得了系列成果:①揭示了雌激素调控卵巢分化存在可塑性和非必要性、雄激素维持雄性的第二性征和生殖行为;②发现了增强的孕激素信号可替代雄激素信号维持精巢发育和精子发生;③雄激素信号通过抑制斑马鱼体内脂肪从头合成来减少脂质沉积等;④将阻断性类固醇激素合成的策略在两性异形的鲤中进行应用,首创了可大规模连续生产的全雌鲤和高伪雄鲤群体,显著提升了养殖产量和效率;⑤并对其按照毒理学实验规范和标准,进行了毒理学、致病性等研究,系统评价并证实其具有良好的食用安全性。研究成果形成了性别控制、单性制种、食用安全、及育性控制的系统理论体系。 此外,还针对胰岛素Insulin、垂体促泌乳素Prolactin、促甲状腺素Tshβ等内分泌激素,开展了糖脂代谢、离子吸收、幼稚转化期发育、抗病毒感染等方面的研究。 |
