研究方向

鱼类生殖内分泌及分子遗传育种。通过精准调控垂体-性腺生殖内分泌轴,实现了鱼类孕、雄、雌激素合成的智能控制,基于此,构建了雄、雌激素缺乏的斑马鱼和鲤,挖掘了性类固醇激素调节性别分化和性腺发育的多个新颖机制;针对传统人工诱导性逆转长期依赖激素物质的瓶颈,将阻断性类固醇激素合成的策略在两性异形的鲤中进行应用,研发了基于基因编辑的性别控制技术,以不依赖于外源激素使用的方式创制了可大规模连续生产的高伪雄鲤和全雌鲤群体;对其按照毒理学实验规范和标准,进行了毒理学、致病性等研究,系统评价并证实其具有良好的食用安全性,显著提升了养殖产量和效率;为克服基因编辑位点的潜在生态风险,建立了雌鱼育性的高效生殖开关;通过将性别控制与雌鱼育性控制技术进行整合,打通了“鲤→全雌鲤→可控不育全雌鲤”的技术路径,批量获得了种源可控的单性群体。

 

研究成果形成了性别控制、单性制种、食用安全、及育性控制的系统理论体系。
