2008年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获遗传学博士学位。2011年武汉大学博士后出站后进入中国科学院水生生物研究所工作。主要从事以斑马鱼及稀有鮈鲫等模式动物构建疾病模型,进行肿瘤的分子生物学及生长与生殖内分泌调控的分子机制研究。已成功构建斑马鱼肝癌肿瘤模型,以此为平台,目前正主持国家自然科学基金(斑马鱼肝脏肿瘤发生及发展的机制,31440080),国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目之子课题(斑马鱼肝癌肿瘤模型的构建及应用,2012AA022402),科技部条件财务司项目之子课题(稀有鮈鲫分子遗传学质量标准和检测技术规范研究,2011BAI5B01-41)等多项在研课题。已在Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology,Gene, Nucleic acids research等SCI刊物发表论文10余篇。为SCI刊物Journal of Applied Genetics的审稿人。 |
