研究方向

立足我国生态环境保护、现代农业与生物资源的重大需求,运用生物学、生态学、环境科学和工程生物学等多学科交叉的方法,开展以下两个方向研究:

1. 有害藻类与新型微污染物

围绕水体有害藻类、微污染物等问题,揭示二者互作过程及综合风险;发展生物效应指示水质健康的智慧监测设备,链接高通量毒性识别技术和效应导向分析方法,更全面地解析水体污染的指纹特征与生态风险;进而,将物理、化学与生物方法合理集成,研发协同精确治理有害藻类及微污染物的绿色高效技术,为我国环境保护提供新思路和新技术。

 

2. 微藻生物技术

运用多组学技术,甄别微藻响应高盐干旱、极端温度、化学污染等逆境的分子元件和特征回路,揭示微藻逆境应答的机制和适应进化;运用基因工程和合成生物学技术,聚焦微藻独特的代谢回路,构建微藻细胞工厂,发展和创制具备特定应用前景的经济微藻,拓展微藻在水污染治理、盐碱地改良、碳捕集利用等领域的工程应用。

7.湖库型水源地富营养化藻华风险控制关键绿色新技术的研发与应用示范,地方委托任务,2022-2025,课题负责;

科研成果

20198月引进到中国科学院水生生物研究所,2020年入选湖北省BR计划海外高层次人才,2022年入选中科院特聘骨干岗位。目前主持或参与了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划-蓝色粮仓科技创新专项和合成生物学专项、国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目、院企横向合作项目等多项课题。已在Environmental Science & Technology, Annual Review of Environment and Resources, eLife, Science of The Total Environment, Environmental Pollution, Chemosphere, Aquatic Toxicology等杂志上发表论文30余篇,第一发明人申请和授权专利10余项。立足生态环境保护与生物资源开发的重大需求,运用生物学、生态学、环境科学和工程生物学等多学科交叉的方法,聚焦有害藻类水华和新型污染物的风险识别及治理技术,取得了创新性研究成果。
