研究方向

立足我国生态环境保护、现代农业与生物资源的重大需求,运用生物、生态、环境等多学科交叉的方法,开展以下两个方向研究:

1.     藻类生物技术

挖掘微藻应对高盐、干旱、极端温度及化学污染物等逆境的分子机制与进化规律;结合物理/化学诱变、CRISPR基因编辑等现代生物技术,定向改造微藻代谢通路,构建高效固碳、污染物降解或高附加值产物合成的藻株,开发具有环境修复、生态改良及碳中和等多重功能的新型微藻生物制剂,推动微藻技术产业化应用。

 

2.     藻类水华控制原理

针对传统控藻技术存在的生态安全性不足和靶向性欠缺等关键问题,通过筛选特异性诱导水华蓝藻程序性死亡的生物活性分子,结合水华蓝藻分布特征与运移规律,开发轻质缓释、自漂浮定位及环境敏感型控释等新型控藻技术体系,为有害藻华治理提供了高效且生态友好的新兴技术与产品。

20198月引进到中国科学院水生生物研究所,2020年入选湖北省BR计划海外高层次人才,2022年入选中科院特聘骨干岗位。目前主持或参与了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划-蓝色粮仓科技创新专项和合成生物学专项、国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目、院企横向合作项目等多项课题。已在Water Research, Environmental Science & Technology, Annual Review of Environment and Resources, eLife等期刊发表论文40余篇,申请和授权专利20余项,已授权专利10项。立足生态环境保护与生物资源开发的重大需求,运用生物学、生态学和环境科学等多学科交叉的方法,聚焦藻类生物资源挖掘与有害藻类水华精确防控,取得了创新性研究成果。
