1.水环境(新)污染物的毒理学研究 基于小型鱼类模型(如斑马鱼、稀有鮈鲫等)的水环境污染物毒理学研究,特别是持久性有毒物质(PTS)、溴代阻燃剂、重金属等对水生脊椎动物的毒性效应、致毒机制等。开发基于小型鱼类等水生动物的环境毒理学评价新模型和新技术。
2.水环境(新)污染物监测与健康风险评估 基于化学分析和生物学毒性评价技术等综合策略的水环境污染物监测与环境健康风险评估,特别是针对养殖水体、河流、湖泊及饮用水源地等特定水环境开展特征污染物识别、迁移转化过程分析、污染水平检测和潜在生态健康风险评估研究。 |
2023.01-2026.12,国家自然科学基金,十溴二苯乙烷对斑马鱼脂质代谢的干扰效应与机制,54万元,主持。 2022.12-2027.11,国家重点研发计划“主要环境污染物对个体发育和代谢的影响及关键机制研究”项目“环境污染物干扰糖脂代谢的时空效应和分子机制研究”课题,880万元,参与。 2022.08-2024.07,国家环境保护农药环境评价与污染控制重点实验室开放课题,纳米二氧化钛对斑马鱼中TBPH富集及毒性的影响,8万元,主持。 2020.11-2025.10,国家重点研发计划,有毒金属感知修复的智能生物体系(子课题1项),48万元,主持。 2020.01-2023.12,国家自然科学基金,典型溴代阻燃剂与纳米二氧化钛、有机碳相互作用诱导的斑马鱼甲状腺内分泌干扰效应,65万元,参与。 2019.01-2021.12,国家自然科学基金,基于斑马鱼模型研究重金属镉对耳石发育的毒性效应及机制,24.5万元,主持。 2019.01-2023.12,中科院先导A专项,长江干流陆向岸线污染拦截及生态修复技术,28万元,主持。 2018.12-2022.12,国家重点研发计划(蓝色粮仓科技创新专项),典型养殖系统对自然水域生态系统的影响机理(项目),池塘养殖物质循环及对湖泊生态系统的影响机理(课题),723万元,参与。 |
近年来,围绕新型溴代阻燃剂、有机磷阻燃剂、环境雌激素、金属纳米材料和重金属等污染物,开展了以斑马鱼为模型的环境毒理学研究,取得了一定的科研成果。在环境领域著名期刊Environmental Science & Technology、Science of The Total Environment、Environmental Pollution、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Journal of Environmental Sciences等发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一或通讯作者20余篇。 代表性论文(近5年): 1.
