科研成果

近年来,主持了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、湖北省杰出青年科学基金及地方委托项目等20余项。

本人聚焦我国典型湖泊-池塘复合渔业生态系统协同管理,开展相关基础理论、关键技术与典型模式研究,建立数字化水上牧场示范区,并在全国进行推广应用。近年来,主要取得了以下方面的科研进展:(一)群落生态学1)基于江汉平原26个天然湖泊鱼类群落定量观测数据,采用鱼类生活史框架,揭示了长江中游湖群鱼类群落对富营养化的响应机制;通过量化环境过滤与物种间相互作用在鱼类群落构建中的贡献,揭示了长江中游湖群鱼类群落构建机制;建立了鱼类多维度多样性与生产力间的预测模型。2)基于梁子湖长时序生态观测数据,揭示了长江禁渔背景下湖泊鱼类群落恢复演替机制,支撑了长江中下游禁渔湖泊渔业资源管理决策,参与了中国科学院十年禁渔专报撰写,并被采用;阐释了禁渔早期湖泊鱼类群落演替驱动的食物网营养级联效应及生态调控机制。(二)动物地球化学1)围绕江汉平原池塘-沟渠-湖泊-河流复合渔业湿地生态系统,从重要生源要素、重金属、抗生素、抗性基因及微塑料等污染物入手,揭示了复合生态系统的物质连通性、污染物输运过程及其环境效应;2)建立了长江中下游湖泊鱼类碳、氮、磷等化学计量学特征与氮、磷排泄率数据库,构建了鱼类氮、磷排泄率预测模型;3)模拟研究了鱼类、甲壳类和软体动物等水生动物分解过程对浅水草型湖泊氮、磷循环过程及微生物群落的影响。(三)渔业生态学1)评价了我国池塘、网箱、湖泊等淡水养殖模式变革及其对自然水域生态系统的影响;2)揭示了淡水网箱养殖对水库水环境与野生鱼类群落时空分布的影响,并受农业农村部渔业渔政管理局委托,牵头修订了水产行业标准《大水面网箱养殖通用技术要求》(送审稿);3)阐明了养殖外来物种引入对清江梯级水库生态系统食物网结构与功能的影响;4)揭示了千岛湖鲢、鳙对蓝藻的控制效果,进一步提出了鲢、鳙组合放养的建议;5)推动了湖北省部分湖库增殖渔业资源利用试点工作,完善了长江流域禁捕措施、巩固了禁捕成效。(四)科技服务:1)牵头编制了《宿松县大水面生态保护与渔业发展规划(2022-2026)》,并由宿松县人民政府印发实施,全过程技术服务安徽宿松70万亩大湖保护与生态利用改革。2023年,大湖增殖渔业产量达7000吨、销售额超8000万元,通过渔获物从湖泊带出144吨氮、47吨磷,近三年大湖国控断面水质达到或优于国家考核标准;2)主要参与设计了国家数字渔业淡水养殖专业创新分中心湖北鲁湖基地(编号:NDFIC-FA001),全程跟踪基地工程改造、模式构建、数字化管理、三产融合、品牌运营与管理等产学研工作,旨在打造湖北省首家高标准数字渔业(虾蟹)渔旅融合发展示范区。目前,以第一或通讯(含共同)作者在Reviews in Aquaculture, Journal of Applied Ecology, Aquaculture等经典期刊发表SCI论文17篇,参与中国工程院《水产养殖绿色发展咨询研究报告》、Wiley出版的《中国水产养殖:成功故事与发展趋势》等中英文专著中7章节的撰写,研制行业标准3项,获授权专利4项,获得软著2项。
