作为项目骨干承担或参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科学院第二次青藏高原综合科学考察、国家重点研发计划-蓝色粮仓科技创新专项以及多项院地横向合作项目等课题。 |
围绕真核藻类尤其是气生性藻类和大型丝状藻类展开分类学研究,摸清了中国橘色藻目、内陆水体刚毛藻目以及叶际真核藻类的分子与形态多样性;提出了橘色藻目新的分类学框架,修订了饶氏藻属和似石莼属的形态分类标准,发表新属1个、新种(变种)6个、新组合种2个。近年来重点关注气生性藻类的系统分类、真核藻类低阶分类单元(属-种)的组学定义以及青藏高原的藻类多样性研究。
