近年来,发现鱼类生殖质聚集和原始生殖细胞(PGC)特化需要Sinhcaf介导的组蛋白去乙酰化的调控作用,并阐明其作用机制;利用基因敲降技术构建了PGC完全剔除的鲤模型,证明鲤性别分化不依赖于PGC;以PGC完全剔除的鲤为移植受体开展黄鳝生殖干细胞移植研究,探索建立黄鳝“借腹生殖”新技术;合作揭示神经内分泌因子SN在斑马鱼胚胎发育及生殖与性行为中的新功能,发现斑马鱼GnRH3神经元通过直接感知和传递性信息素,诱发生殖行为;发现神经营养因子Gdnfa在斑马鱼精巢发育中发挥重要功能。 代表性论文:#共同第一作者,*通讯作者 1.
