1. 水生生物多样性及群落维持机制 研究长江流域、青藏高原河流等重点区域水生生物多样性的时空格局;探讨多种生态假说在不同时空尺度下对塑造区域水生生物多维多样性分布格局的影响及相对重要性,揭示生物多样性分布格局的驱动机制。 2. 人类活动对鱼类资源的影响及保护对策 围绕区域鱼类资源变动特征、珍稀特有及其他重要鱼类的关键生活史特征及其环境需求、工程调度运行对鱼类资源的影响等内容,系统评估水电工程等人类活动对鱼类资源的影响,提出水生生物多样性与重要鱼类物种保护对策。 |
