1. 外来鱼类入侵青藏高原的分子机制

对青藏高原外来鱼类种群和原产地种群进行种群基因组学分析，从遗传和表观遗传层面深入探究外来鱼类入侵高原环境的分子机制。

2. 水生生物环境DNA研究

利用环境DNA宏条形码等技术分析鱼类等水生生物多样性及其影响因子，以及群落组装机制等；针对珍稀鱼类和入侵鱼类，开发物种特异的环境DNA检测方法，为珍稀鱼类的保护和外来鱼类的防控管理提供基础。
