王高鸿    

个人简介:

男,1972年生。研究员、博士生导师。1995年和1998年毕业于兰州大学生物系获得学士和硕士学位;2004年毕业于水生所获博士学位。1998年起在水生所进行藻类环境生物学和空间生物学研究。先后主持国家载人航天工程、国家自然科学基金、中科院知识创新工程和水专项等科研项目20余个,发表论文80余篇,其中SCI收录40多篇,获得发明专利2项,曾获中科院刘永龄特别奖和省部科技进步二等奖各一项,并获得中科院参加载人航天工程先进工作者荣誉称号。参与编写国家标准1项,国家军用标准1项,鉴定成果1项,学术论文获得国内外优秀论文奖3次,指导的研究生曾多次获得中科院和水生所三好学生及国家奖学金。目前担任中国生物物理学会辐射及环境专业委员会委员和中国空间科学学会微重力科学专业委员会委员。

主要研究方向:

1)环境生物学:主要利用高通量测序、生物信息学、RNAi和基因过表达等技术研究藻类等水生生物应对各种逆境(高温、盐、辐射及微重力等)的分子机制,主要集中在信号传导途径和表观遗传学调控方面;

2)藻类高效反应器及水生封闭生态系统研究:主要利用可食用藻类和能源藻类为材料构建藻类反应器,结合实时测控技术对反应器进行优化,开发出高效藻类反应器,服务于藻类高价值产品开发和构建空间生命保障系统。
