胡征宇     

 男, 195710月出生,博士生导师,党委书记,副所长。  198112月毕业于湖北大学生物系,获学士学位,同年留校任教;1988-1991年师从著名藻类学家饶钦止教授和黎尚豪院士,获中国科学院水生生物研究所理学博士学位;1993-1995年到以色列本古里安大学做博士后,从事藻类脂肪酸资源及藻类化学分类的研究。目前的主要研究领域为淡水藻类生物技术和藻类系统分类学。

在分类学方面,现已发表22新种,4新变种;报告15属,64种为中国新记录;作为卷册主编负责国家自然基金委"九五""十五"重大项目"生物志编研"中的《中国淡水藻志·绿球藻目》(上下册)和《中国淡水藻志·四胞藻目》的编写;发表"双星藻科的分支系统学研究"一文,对双星藻科分类系统进行了补充;完成了"绿球藻目科间系统发育关系的研究"(已记录14科,75属,314种,103变种和6变型),提出了绿球藻目新的分类系统;此外在念珠藻(蓝藻)和鞘藻(绿藻)分子系统学研究上也取得了较好的研究进展。在生物技术方面,近年来对类球藻(Nautococcus mammilatus)生活史的研究,首次展现该藻漂浮帽的超微结构;发现鞘藻属中一种新的细胞分裂方式和帽状结构及其系统学意义,引起国际同行的兴趣和关注;关于藻类脂肪滴的组成成分、形成机理、生物学意义的研究,高CO2浓度下单细胞绿藻生理响应机制的研究以及念珠藻的生理生态学研究等也取得了重要进展,尤其是人工培养方面,其主持的"葛仙米的工厂化养殖"项目成功地解决了葛仙米养殖中的难题,在此基础上成立的武汉藻龙生物工程有限责任公司已经有系列葛仙米产品面世,而发菜的人工养殖也取得阶段性成果。目前承担着国家自然科学基金、国家"863""973"子专题等多项课题的研究工作,在国内外重要刊物上发表论文50余篇,申请专利4项。

Hu Zhengyu, male, born in October, 1957. Professor. Graduated from Hubei University in 1981 and obtained his Ph.D. in the Institute of Hydrobiology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1991. As a post-doctor he has worked in Ben Gurion University, Israel, for one and half year. His major subjects are taxonomy and biotechnology of algae. As an editor in chief he is in charge of the Chinese Flora of Freshwater Algae in Vol.V, Vol.IX and Vol.X respectively, which are key projects funded by National Natural Scientific Foundation. Recording 14 families75 genus314 species103 varieties and 6 forms, he has established the new systematics of Chlorococcales. He also sets up the cladistic systematics of Zygnemataceae. Current researches include the ultrastructure, molecular phylogenetic of algae, such as a). systematics of para-filamental green algae; b). molecular phylogenetics of Oedogoniales.In the field of algal biotechnology, he has researched the life history of Nautococcus mammilatus and showed the ultrastructure of its floating cap; he also found the significations of a new growth division and its specific cap structure in Oedogonium. Besides these, his research group has obtained important results in following aspects: isolation, characterization and development of lipid bodies; physiological responses of unicellular green alga to elevated CO2 concentration; the eco-physiology of Nostoc (blue-green alga) and established mass-cultivation system of Nostoc. Now he has obtained research funds from NSFC, "863", "973" et al., published over 50 papers and possessed 4 patents.
