汪亚平    

专家简介

    1963年9月出生,博士,中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员,博士生导师。1985年毕业于武汉大学生物系遗传学专业,1988年和2000年在中国科学院获理学硕士和博士学位。1988年至今,在中国科学院水生生物研究所工作,主要从事鱼类基因工程和功能基因组学研究,致力于鱼类重要经济性状相关基因的功能研究和分子育种实践。2002年获第四届“武汉优秀青年科技创新奖”,2004年获国务院特贡专家津贴。现任中国科学院水生生物研究所淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室副主任。

研究方向与主持课题

研究方向: 鱼类功能基因组学及鱼类基因工程

    实验室以中国重要的淡水养殖品种—草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)为主要研究对象,致力于发掘鱼类重要经济性状相关基因,包括快速生长、高效饵料利用、抗病抗逆和性别决定相关基因,解析基因的网络调控机制,揭示基因功能,并应用于鱼类分子育种实践。
