个人简介:

　　博士、研究员/博士生导师。中国孢子植物编辑委员会委员、中国藻类学会理事。1992年湖北大学本科毕业留校，从事中国淡水藻类区系与分类鉴定工作，1999年起调入中国科学院水生生物研究所从事藻类学研究至今，2003年水生生物学在职博士毕业。2001-2003年作为交换学者在美国Arizona State University工作学习。先后主持国家自然基金面上项目3项、重大项目子课题1项、科技部基础工作专项子课题3项。发表学术论文60多篇，其中以第一或通信作者的SCI刊源20篇，主编《中国淡水藻志》1册。

　　研究领域，

　　A、 淡水藻类分类与系统发育，类群包括淡水绿藻门、甲藻门等，通过分离培养、超微形态、分子系统学手段等对重要类群进行分类学整理，探讨其系统发育与演化;

　　B、 淡水藻类生态学：浮游藻类/底栖藻类群落结构的变化规律及环境因子对其的影响;

　　C、 微藻生物技术：经济微藻的藻种分离及资源评价。
