  个人简历:

  博士,研究员,博士生导师。2001年于华中农业大学获硕士学位;2005年于中国科学院水生生物研究所获博士学位并留所工作;2007年晋升为副研究员。2008年6月至11月在英国阿伯丁大学进行合作研究。2009年3月到2010年3月在英国阿伯丁大学作访问学者。2015年1月起任中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员。

  先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目等研究任务6项。在PLOS Pathogens、Journal of Virology、Immunology、Developmental and Comparative Immunology等知名期刊发表学术论文50余篇。研究工作主要集中在鱼类免疫学以及感染免疫学。近期研究方向主要是研究脊椎动物免疫系统模式识别受体基因家族及其效应分子的可变剪接、以及可变剪接对免疫反应的调控作用及其分子作用机制。
