翟刚 翟刚 个人简介: 男,1986年生,中共党员,博士,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,副研究员,硕士生导师。 2010年9月至2014年12月,中国科学院水生生物研究所,理学博士 2015年3月至2018年12月,中国科学院水生生物研究所,助理研究员 2019年1月-至今,中国科学院水生生物研究所,副研究员 主持国家自然科学基金-面上项目、国家自然科学基金-青年基金、水生所青年人才专项和中科院青促会人才项目。同时,参与了国家自然科学基金-重点项目、国家重点研发计划-蓝色粮仓科技创新专项等多项课题。已在Engineering、Endocrinology、Science Bulletin、American Journal of Physiology-Endocrinology and Metabolism、Molecular and Cellular Biology等SCI刊物发表论文10余篇。 研究领域:鱼类遗传学。主要从事鲤科模式鱼类-斑马鱼和鲤科养殖鱼类-鲤的性腺发育和性别分化的机制研究。通过在斑马鱼中阻断性类固醇激素的合成,构建了雄激素和雌激素缺乏的模型,发现了鱼类中存在垂体Fshβ通路在精巢发育/精子发生中的反馈补偿机制、雌激素对卵巢发育的可塑机制和雄激素对雄性第二性征的维持机制等。将阻断性类固醇激素合成的策略在两性异形的鲤中进行应用,首创了可大规模连续生产的全雌鲤和高伪雄鲤群体,显著提升了养殖产量和效率。 招生专业:遗传学 招生方向: 鱼类遗传学 联系电话: 027-68780082 电子邮件:zhaigang#ihb.ac.cn(发邮件时将#换成@) 代表文章: 1.
