学科组介绍:本学科组从事宏观大尺度生态学研究,利用长期野外采样和调查、野外控制性实验、实验室分析与模拟实验、及计算机模型构建和预测等手段,主要研究人类活动干扰与气候变化下鱼类等水生生物群落、水质、生境和水生态系统健康的关系,为维护水质清洁、鱼类等水生生物资源多样性及生态系统健康和人类发展的可持续性提供理论基础和技术。

研究专长:鱼类等水生生物群落生态学、水质、生境、生态系统健康评估与修复

近期研究的主要领域包括: 

1、流域发展和干扰(如大型涉水工程和设施建设、城镇化、农业污染、渔业活动等)与气候变化对鱼类等水生生物群落、水质、生境及水生态系统健康的影响、机理和生态修复机制; 

2、水生态系统健康的监测、评价与修复; 

3、区域与大尺度比较生态学:如长江流域-密西西比河流域人类活动干扰、气候变化、水生生物资源保护和生态修复。
