Virologica Sinica 是由中国科学院武汉病毒研究所和中国微生物学会共同主办的，病毒学领域的英文学术期刊。
因工作需要，期刊编辑部现招聘科学编辑1名，具体招聘要求如下：
1.生物学、医学相关领域，博士学历；
2.有较强的科研背景和较好的英文读写听说能力；
3.热爱科技期刊工作，有较强的文献检索能力，稿件分析能力和图片处理能力；

期刊简介：
《Virologica Sinica》(中国病毒学－英文版)创刊于1986年，原中文刊名为《病毒学杂志》，1991年更名为《中国病毒学》，外文刊名一直沿用《Virologica Sinica》。2007年出版语种变更为全英文，2008年和Springer出版集团共同出版印刷版（ISSN 1674-0769,CN 42-1760/Q ）和电子版(ISSN 1995-820X)，进行全球发行。
本刊是中国科学院武汉病毒研究所和中国微生物学会共同主办的学术性刊物，得到了病毒学国家重点实验室和中国科协的资助。期刊现已被PubMed/Medline， Scopus，EMBASE等国际知名数据库收录，在国内为生物学核心期刊、基础医学类核心期刊和中国科学引文数据库（CSCD）核心期刊。自创刊以来，Virologica Sinica曾多次荣获省优秀期刊奖；并在2012年度，获得中国科协的优秀后备国际期刊奖，从而将加快期刊国际化进程。
本刊第七届编委会有海内外专家50位，其中有5位中科院院士，海外的专家14名（分布在澳大利亚、德国、荷兰、加拿大、美国、日本、新加坡、英国），国内（含香港）专家33名，都是活跃在科研第一线的病毒学各领域的著名科学家。期刊为双月刊，发表研究论文（Research articles）、研究通讯（Brief reports）和新闻观点（News & Views）等多种栏目类型，涉及病毒学的各个方面，并每年定期出版特定主题的专集。
Virologica Sinica
Virologica Sinica (ViroSin) has become an international journal which aims at presenting the current basic and application research on viruses in China, Asia and the world. The journal publishes peer-reviewed original research articles, brief reports, news & views that cover any aspect of virology, including the viruses of animals, plants, protozoa, archaea, bacteria, fungi and transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. The journal also publishes review articles on topics of current interest, special issues focused on a defined subject, and occasional book reviews and meeting reports.
The journal specifically encourages reports on virus structure and assembly, viral genome replication and gene expression, viral genetic diversity and evolution, virus-host interactions, cellular responses to viral infection, viral pathogenesis and immunity, transformation and oncogenesis, as well as new methods and techniques developed in viral research. The approaches and techniques used are expected to encompass those of many disciplines, including molecular genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology, cell biology, immunology, and morphology. Submission of papers describing gene delivery, antiviral agents and immunotherapies in the control and prevention of viral infections, diagnostics, including high throughput sequencing, bioinformatics and the discovery of new viruses are also encouraged.
ViroSin is a bi-monthly journal that sponsored by the Chinese Society for Microbiology, a learned society that promotes microbiology at all levels. The journal is co-published with Springer-Verlag Press.
The editorial board is composed of virologists from a broad range of research fields worldwide to maintain the high standard of excellence for the journal. All submissions to ViroSin are handled electronically, via ScholarOne online submission and review system.
The journal is indexed by many international databases: PubMed/Medline, Scopus, BIOSIS Preview, EMBASE, ect.
