鱼类低氧生物学学科组

学科组整体的研究方向简介:

低氧引起的“泛塘”和病毒感染引起的养殖鱼类的大规模死亡,对我国水产养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。课题组的研究工作,主要是围绕鱼类耐低氧和抗病毒天然免疫这两个重要的科学问题,深入解析鱼类低氧适应和抗病毒天然免疫的分子机制;聚焦低氧应答和抗病毒天然免疫的交互作用,筛选和鉴定同时影响鱼类耐低氧和抗病性状的关键效应基因,创制耐低氧且抗病经济鱼类新种质,为我国水产养殖业持续健康发展提供关键的理论和技术支撑。
